We're happy to be a part of something and new and exciting, called Delicious Vietnam! This is a monthly food blogging event open to any Vietnamese food lovers. Our aim is to promote and explore the diversity of Vietnamese cuisine.
Anh of A Food Lover's Journey approached us with this idea a while back and we're so happy to help her with this mission.
How to participate…
Each month, join us for a colourful feast celebrating the joy of Vietnamese cuisine. Anything related to Vietnamese cuisine will be accepted.
Ideas? You can cook up a Vietnamese dish, put a spin on a traditional Vietnamese dish, write up a review for a local Vietnamese restaurant, or post your thoughts on Vietnamese cuisine. If you've traveled to Vietnam, write about your culinary experiences. The focal point is to express the love for this vibrant and refreshing cuisine.
A few words on the rules…
#1 Entries to Delicious Vietnam must be written specifically for this event only. Of course, do submit your photos to photo sites and events.
#2 Please make sure that your post contain the phrase Delicious Vietnam with a link to the host, and to the two founders – A Food Lover's Journey and Ravenous Couple. If you use Twitter, please include the tag #deliciousvietnam in your post.
#3 The logo is optional for you to use in your post, simply right click to save.
#4 Details of deadline and hosting will be updated on A Food Lover’s Journey.
#5 Please keep your entry in English. Thank you!
The first edition of Delicious Vietnam – May 2010…
The inaugural round up of Delicious Vietnam will be hosted by Anh of A Food Lover’s Journey.
To join this event, simply write up a post on Vietnamese cuisine and send it to Anh by 11 pm May 10, 2010 Melbourne Time (convert this to your timezone). Subsequent round up are tentatively set for the second Sunday of each month.
